Sr. Tech Lead - Java + Node.js

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java and Node.js technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical leadership skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Node.js.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, and DevOps best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance for resolution.
• Participate in estimation, release planning, and project governance activities. Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in software development. Strong hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.
• Extensive experience with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Expertise in API design, development, and integration.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare domain is highly preferred. Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Relevant cloud or Java certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
