Job Responsibilities:
  • This is a product marketing manager role. This person is responsible for owning and running individual campaigns as part of existing product and GTM strategies across channels, partnering with product management, demand gen, creative, sales, sales enablement and other marketing support teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with core PM counterparts, create GTM launch plans for product releases and execute, analyze performance and make strategic recommendations based on data for how to proceed.
  • Create sales enablement artifacts (battlecards, sales plays) and customer-facing collateral (web pages, pitch decks, blogs).
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; and summarizing data and trends. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • The main function of marketing manager is to run marketing activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans and managing marketing staff.

  • Marketing strategy and execution - experience developing strategies to bring new products or features to market, thinking through the end-to-end experience for customers, and executing these plans from inception to completion to high-quality bar and on time
  • Experience with enterprise IT audience and B2B SaaS business; ideally familiarity with key cloud platform capabilities like security, compliance, scale, analytics, administration, performance, etc.
    Data-driven marketer who is adept at analyzing historic performance, setting campaign goals, and monitoring; someone who seeks appropriate data to make decisions and finds proxy indicators when ideal data is not available
  • Familiarity the following applications - Zoom, Slack, GSuite, Confluence & Jira.

  • Stakeholder management - the primary stakeholders are across demand generation, product management, sales enablement, and creative. The role requires the ability to influence without authority via stakeholder management
  • Effective communication - this role requires excellent writing to draft customer-facing materials as well as clear, simple enablement materials. Written and verbal communication will also facilitate stakeholder management
  • Project management - marketing campaigns at CLIENT can be complex. This role requires the ability to clearly document and organize projects, track progress and provide relevant udpates, and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met. We need someone detail-oriented and organized.
     
AdditionalSkills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Stakeholder management, marketing strategy, product marketing, Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Suite, Slack, Confluence, Jira.
 
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
  • 8-10 years’ experience.
  • B2B SaaS, enterprise audience, IT industry experience a plus.
