Role- Sr Technical Consultant - ServiceNow -US
Location:- Frisco, TX, Morrisville, NC / Melbourne, FL / Remote
Salary range - $100k/yr to $110k/yr
Job Summary : Work4Flow - Sr Techinical Consultant - ServiceNow -US
Skill Requirement :
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to IT Operations and ServiceNow ITOM modules. Minimum 4+ years Relevant ServiceNow Experience. S
- Design functional solutions leveraging ServiceNow ITOM capabilities such as: o Discovery o Service Mapping o Event Management o CMDB (Configuration Management Database) o Orchestration (preferred)
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Define and maintain CMDB data model, governance, and best practices.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process discussions.
- Provide functional guidance and solutions aligned with ITIL practices.
- Assist in integration requirements between ServiceNow and other tools.
- Prepare functional documentation, including: o Business requirement documents (BRD) o Functional specifications o Process flows
- Support testing activities (UAT) and ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Good understanding of CMDB architecture and data governance.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management).
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in conducting workshops and client interactions.
- Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery, Service Mapping or DF )
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
