  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Alliances, and technology partners on features, solution requirements, launches, and joint go-to-market execution.
  • Develop, validate, and document reference architectures, deployment methodologies, demos, and best practices across compute, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud, and AI ecosystems.
  • Build and operate lab and test environments to validate performance, scalability, reliability, security, operational simplicity, and customer use cases.
  • Create technical collateral, including white papers, blogs, presentations, videos, demos, product documentation, competitive positioning, and field enablement content.
  • Conduct sales, partner, and customer workshops, technical deep dives, briefings, RFP support, and executive presentations.
  • Drive automation, validation tools, deployment frameworks, monitoring approaches, and operational improvements that reduce risk and improve execution.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and solution-level issues and provide escalation support when required.
  • Represent NetApp at customer engagements, conferences, partner events, and industry forums while contributing to thought leadership and market credibility.
