The organization comprises two specialized teams: Strategic Customer Engagements, which guide transformative deals with industry leaders, and Private Pricing Programs & Experiences, which scales and optimizes pricing solutions across our diverse customer base. Within GDSP, you will develop deep expertise in cloud economics, hone your strategic thinking, and directly impact AWS"s market leadership while working with latest technologies and global clients.
Key job responsibilities
We"re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Analytics & Insights team within AWS Global Deal Strategy & Programs (GDSP). In this role, you"ll drive operational excellence across our data and analytics portfolio leading prioritization meetings with internal customers, establishing and scaling team-wide processes, and ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You"ll own the mechanisms that keep our programs on track: intake and prioritization frameworks, delivery cadences, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex multi-team initiatives, and has a bias for action in a fast-paced environment where data-driven decisions directly impact AWS"s commercial motions
About the team
The GDSP 3PX Analytics & Insights (A&I) team is the centralized data engineering and analytics partner for AWS"s Private Pricing organization. We own the end-to-end data platform from core data modeling and pipeline infrastructure to reporting artifacts and self-serve analytics providing data-driven support to Private pricing stake owners across AWS.
We are a high-ownership, fast-moving team consisting of PMT's, Business intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers and Software development Engineers who thrive in ambiguity and deliver at pace. We manage a broad portfolio spanning multiple business verticals while maintaining a strong bar for data quality, operational rigor, and customer obsession. Our data ecosystem and insights are foundational to how Private Pricing programs are designed, measured, and evolved - directly shaping the strategies that drive AWS"s largest and most complex enterprise deals worldwide.
