    Enterprise Engineering is a fast-paced business focused on helping Amazonians by providing productivity tools and developing capabilities to improve productivity. We"re seeking a creative, industrious, customer-obsessed Technical Program Manager who is interested in joining a team with a high-impact mission.

    As a Technical Program Manager in our Enterprise Engineering organization, you will lead the execution of enterprise-wide product initiatives that transform how Amazonians work. You will shape the future of enterprise productivity tools, and champion solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

    Key job responsibilities

    As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that support enterprise solutions across Amazon"s internal tools.

    This includes defining program scope, building execution plans, managing dependencies across teams, and ensuring delivery against milestones. You"ll coordinate between engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to keep programs on track and remove blockers as they arise.

    In addition to program execution, you will establish mechanisms for tracking progress, escalating risks, and communicating status to senior leadership. A crucial aspect of your role will be driving alignment across diverse teams, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring accountability for deliverables.

    Key job responsibilities

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing program timelines, running operating rhythms (standups, reviews, retrospectives), identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on program health. You"ll own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from kickoff through launch, ensuring clear ownership at every stage. Additionally, you"ll develop communication plans, create process documentation, and establish mechanisms for measuring program outcomes and operational efficiency.
