Sr. Technical Program Manager - Payments

Mandatory: Expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, CI/CD, NoSQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model.
Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization.

Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
Experience with managing large migrations
Expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, CI/CD, NoSQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model.

Manage 1 or 2 scrum teams end to product pipeline and deliveries in Agile environment.
Owns the working backwards document and vision for one or more features.
Elicits and decomposes business requirements into platform requirements and user stories.
Contributes on the platform product portfolio and roadmap, prioritizing the backlog while defining the acceptance criteria for user stories.?
Work closely with the engineering teams to roll out the platform capabilities that our internal and external customer's desire.
Owns and manages product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams.
Makes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product and to inform the backlog.
Actively addresses and removes impediments, risks, and dependencies so that the team can remain focused on achieving the goals of the iterations.?
Continuously monitors feature development at the feature level adjusting throughout implementation as needed.
Strong Experience with using JIRA, domo, AI tools
Role:
Our TPMs conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple, simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our Scrum execution model. In this role, you may drive the execution of a feature through the full stack or may drive a project which spans multiple teams and integrations, reporting meaningful status along the way.

Responsibilities:
Experience driving large scale migrations
Experience developing/launching products/technologies.
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a cloud platform at scale
Like to dive deep into the technical and operational characteristics of the product
Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
Proven track record of data-driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across your team
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience in agile delivery methodologies (scrum, Rally, etc.)
Flexible work style with the ability to quickly pivot to new priorities.?
