Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced remote Senior IT Project Manager Contractor to lead large scale Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic enterprise technology projects while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

In this role, you will oversee complex cross functional programs, manage project plans and dependencies, mitigate risks, and coordinate efforts across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring critical technology initiatives are delivered successfully and provide measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Able to work 100% remote 
• Lead end to end delivery of large scale MarTech and AdTech platform implementations

• Manage complex IT projects across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholder groups

• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone management

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and governance reporting

• Coordinate software delivery activities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle

• Facilitate communication and alignment across engineering, product, architecture, and business teams

• Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies

• Monitor project health, provide status updates, and ensure successful delivery across distributed teams

Key Requirements

• Must work EST hours
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience supporting enterprise software delivery initiatives
• Proven experience delivering large scale MarTech and/or AdTech platforms

• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, Digital Asset Management platforms, Customer Data Platforms, loyalty platforms, or similar technologies

• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and enterprise technology delivery

• Demonstrated success managing highly complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies

• Experience utilizing project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels

• Exceptional leadership, organization, collaboration, and problem solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within retail or large enterprise environments

• Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones (EST schedule) 

• Familiarity with digital marketing, customer experience, loyalty, personalization, or advertising technology ecosystems
