Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years recruiting for technical/engineering roles.
• Experience hiring senior IC to Director-level positions.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and ATS experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategy.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle.
• Advise hiring managers using market insights and recruiting best practices.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers/negotiations, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.

Preferred:

• Experience in MedTech/medical device or robotics recruiting.
• Strong consultative recruiting approach.

Education:

• Bachelor's + 4 years, OR Associate's + 6 years, OR High School Diploma + 8 years of relevant recruiting experience.
