Our client, a Medical Devices/Healthcare company, is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter for their Austin, TX/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements, culture, and values.
Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for client and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Recruiter
3+ years of experience working on technical positions
Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
Strong sourcing techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
