Tesla is looking for an exceptional full-cycle recruiter to join our recruiting team to partner with our Infrastructure organization. You will hire top talent responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our next-generation factories and R&D facilities. Recruiting at Tesla is challenging, and hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission. This role is 100% onsite in either Palo Alto, CA, or Fremont, CA.
Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and develop a plan to meet goals. Provide consistent recruiting updates to hiring managers and business leaders. Take a data-driven approach to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategy and interview process. Own the recruiting process end-to-end. Identify and attract top talent using various tools. Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every stage. Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess role and company fit. Efficiently and simultaneously manage more than 20 requisitions.
Requirements
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth and high-volume environment
- Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems
- Experience with complex compensation packages and conveying them in a digestible way to candidates
- Experience creating and maintaining healthy relationships across all functions of the company
- Experience in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Expected Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is $84,000 - $168,000 per year, with cash and stock awards and benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
