Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for technology-focused positions. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop sourcing strategies, attract top technical talent, and manage the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.

This position is ideal for a consultative recruiter who excels at building talent pipelines, advising stakeholders on market trends, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and technology-focused positions
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on market conditions, candidate availability, and recruitment strategies
• Develop customized sourcing plans, candidate profiles, job advertisements, and recruiting campaigns
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 15-25 active requisitions simultaneously
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners throughout the recruitment process
• Identify and engage diverse talent pools and establish relationships with professional and specialty organizations
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and market trends to support hiring decisions
• Negotiate and close competitive employment offers
• Share recruiting best practices, process improvements, and emerging recruiting technologies with the Talent Acquisition team
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting for technology and technical positions
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Social media platforms
  • Networking and referral channels
  • Diversity sourcing initiatives
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on talent acquisition strategies
• Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms
• Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise recruiting functions
• Strong market intelligence and workforce planning capabilities
• Experience building recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
