Seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to join a growing staffing team in Vienna, VA.
As a Mid-Sr. level Recruiter, you will source, screen, and build relationships with top technical talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and Dice.
You will conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person, perform reference checks, negotiate pay rates, and engage with clients to understand their staffing needs. Your role includes collaborating with the onboarding team to streamline processes and focus on candidate pipeline development.
Qualifications include at least 3 years of staffing industry experience, a strong drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success.
