Sr Technology Incident Manager

We’re seeking a Technology Incident Manager with experience leading major outages, coordinating cross‑functional technical teams, and restoring critical enterprise services under pressure.  The Incident Manager is responsible for leading the timely restoration of critical business services impacted by technology disruptions. This role manages cross-functional investigative teams and facilitates resolution of enterprise-level incidents through strong leadership, technical insight, and effective communication. The Incident Manager ensures that all incident response activities are executed efficiently, with a focus on minimizing business impact and improving system stability. This position may require overnight work hours and participation in a weekend on-call rotation. 


The manager would prefer this position to be onsite in Cleveland, OH, Albany, NY or Buffalo, NY.  Remote would be considered, however if selected for an interview they must be willing to interview onsite.


The ideal candidate has a background in

• 24/7 IT operations, strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (applications, networks, distributed systems, mainframe),
• proven ability to run high‑impact incident bridges.
• requires overnight work, weekend on‑call rotation, and the ability to communicate clearly with engineers, vendors, and senior leadership during time‑sensitive events.
• Candidates must be comfortable driving root cause analysis, documenting incident timelines, and partnering with teams to improve detection, response, and recovery processes.
• ITIL experience preferred.
