Essential Functions
- Executes Annual Territory Sales Plan to grow assigned territory. This includes prospecting, planning, territory management, sales, identifying opportunities, as well as using Curbell Selling System, CRM and Sales Tools. Meet territory road trip requirements. Monthly Meeting Preparation: Provide feedback to sales management on Annual Territory Sales Plan, customer accounts, opportunities, market place activities, and industry competition.
- Executes buyer centric sales activities to manage assigned territory. Consistently communicates opportunities and issues with National Accounts in order to minimize channel conflict.
- Assist Sales Management with assigned value based projects. (These projects may include mentoring new sales reps, onboarding assistance, training, etc.)
- Meet or exceed annual targeted growth goals overall and by product family.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Specific Requirements
- Ability to proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Territory Management Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficient in SAP, or similar CRM system.
- Valid Drivers License
