Job Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Sr. Test Analyst for their Des Moines, IA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:- Good understanding of healthcare concepts such as Member, Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, Enrollment, Providers, and Authorizations.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Automate end-to-end business workflows across healthcare member portal applications.
- Develop and execute UI and API automation test scripts using industry-standard design patterns.
- Lead automation strategy, framework enhancements, and test coverage improvements.
- Work closely with Onshore and Offshore QA, Development, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test strategy discussions.
- Execute regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing for application releases.
- Perform cross-browser testing across Chromium, Edge, and Firefox.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and coordinate defect resolution activities.
- Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior automation engineers.
- Perform backend data validation using SQL queries and API validation techniques.
- Provide test execution reports, quality metrics, and status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:- Strong experience in UI and API test automation.
- Strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
