KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES:
• At least 5 years as a Technical Tester (preferably with distributed networked systems) • Small lot vocation automotive test experience • Experience of multiple testing methodologies • Proven track record of project delivery • Has experience and/or drive to mentor peer testers and share knowledge across the Testing function • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with Agile methodology • Desired to bring new technologies, new processes and new philosophies to the table — and work with other senior team members to continually find better ways to do things • Experience mentoring junior level developers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
