Product Line Support This role will support the NPD- Athena product line. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment. Plan and arrange labor, schedules, and equipment for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provide test area with parameters for sample testing and specify tests to be performed. Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and special tests not performed in the test area. Specialist Career Stream This position is typically an individual contributor role with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. The role involves delivering and/or managing projects and working with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. You may also act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of lower-level professionals. Organizational Impact: May be responsible for entire projects or processes within the job area, contributing to the completion of work group objectives through building relationships and consensus. Leadership and Talent Management: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area, and manage projects requiring delegation and review of work. Required Knowledge and Experience This role requires advanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Practical knowledge of project management is also beneficial. Nice to Have Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools. Experience with automation or programming (e.g., Python, LabVIEW). Familiarity with CAD design for test fixture development. Prior exposure to *** products or medical device testing. Certifications in quality systems or testing standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ).
