Key job responsibilities

Join us in shaping the future of satellite communications at Leo. As a Technical Program Manager on our Field Integration and Test team, you"ll manage the engineering interface towards end to end field verification and Beta teams, ensuring our LEO satellite solutions perform flawlessly in real world environments. Your work will directly impact when and how customers around the world first experience Amazon Leo broadband, ensuring every product we ship meets the quality bar our customers deserve.

You"ll develop issue management mechanisms connecting engineering and business teams, define KPIs that measure program health, and build reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into progress. When complex issues arise, you"ll jump in to problem solve and debug alongside engineering teams, driving resolution and continuous improvement of validation processes. You"ll identify opportunities to automate manual validation workflows, build AI driven reporting and triage tools, and drive adoption of these solutions across the team. Your program management expertise will shape both our current validation approach and the foundation for future Leo communication system validation processes.
