Come be a part of a rapidly expanding global business. At Amazon Business, we"re building the future of B2B commerce by leveraging generative and agentic AI to transform how sales and account management teams work. We stand at the intersection of enterprise technology and AI innovation, developing solutions that empower sales professionals to focus on what matters most: strategic customer relationships and high-value interactions.

Amazon Business Go-To-Market Operations (GTMO) organization is building the next generation of AI-powered sales technology. As a Technical Program Manager for Salesforce Agentic AI, you will own delivery of GenAI and agentic automation programs that directly impact how 1000+ sales professionals work - saving hundreds of thousands of hours annually and enabling hundreds of millions in GMS through intelligent agentic automation.

This is a deeply technical, high-ownership role at the intersection of Salesforce platform engineering, agentic AI, and enterprise-scale program delivery. You will drive programs spanning Conversation Intelligence, AgentForce automation, platform integrations, and global expansion - coordinating across SalesTech, Science/Data Engineering, Product Management, and Business Stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Agentic AI programs - including Conversation Intelligence, GenAI-powered opportunity management, prospecting automation, and Agentic integrations - from design through post-launch
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Science, data and external vendors to deliver AI-powered features.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical execution plans, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across 10+ concurrent workstreams
  • Evaluate integration architectures for Agentforce, AWS AgentCore, MCP-based platforms, and enterprise AI tooling; identify and resolve technical blockers before they impact delivery
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define sprint priorities, manage staggered delivery timelines, and maintain transparent status reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Lead post-launch operations including retrospectives, operational runbooks, and 30-60 day metric monitoring to validate outcomes such as time savings, GMS impact, and adoption targets

About the Company

A

Amazon.com Inc

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
