Sr UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of complex digital products, services, and customer experiences that solve meaningful customer and business challenges. Leveraging user-centered design principles, research insights, and modern design tools, you will create intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences throughout the product lifecycle. This role combines strong design execution with strategic thinking and serves as a key contributor to product direction, design excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end design efforts for complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery, creating intuitive solutions that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Conduct and facilitate user research, discovery workshops, usability testing, customer feedback analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and drive customer-centered decision-making.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, shape product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and ensure successful implementation.
• Present design concepts, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at various organizational levels, influencing decision-making through data, research, and design thinking methodologies.
• Drive consistency, usability, accessibility, and visual excellence across products by contributing to design systems, reusable components, standards, and scalable design patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve design-to-development workflows and ensure technically feasible, high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and support designers through coaching, feedback, design critiques, knowledge sharing, and professional development initiatives.
• Champion modern design practices, inclusive design principles, and customer-centric thinking while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.
• Explore emerging technologies, AI-enabled design tools, and evolving UX methodologies to improve design quality, team effectiveness, and customer outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or related digital experience disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end design initiatives across complex digital products, platforms, or customer experiences.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions.
• 5+ years of experience and proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience contributing to and maintaining design systems, reusable components, and design standards.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with engineers on implementation feasibility, design specifications, and design-to-development workflows.
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted design tools and workflows to improve efficiency and design outcomes.
• Experience influencing product strategy and direction through customer insights, research findings, and design thinking methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with design systems, research synthesis, AI-assisted design workflows, and design operations.
• Ability to translate customer insights and business requirements into scalable, user-centered design solutions.

Salary

Annual base salary range is $100,000 - 145,000 USD per year. Total on-target compensation includes a base salary, short-term, and long-term that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
