Immediate need for a Sr. UltiPro HRIS Consultant in Reston, VA (remote, $55-65/hr). This technical role requires US Citizen or Green Card holder candidates.
The HRIS team supports multiple systems, with this candidate serving as the primary UKG subject matter expert. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, reviewing and updating configurations, developing and analyzing reports, and supporting payroll, HCM, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Serve as the lead UKG support expert
- Troubleshoot Tier2/3 user issues
- Maintain and modify UKG configurations
- Develop and analyze UKG reports
- Support payroll, HCM, integrations, and system improvements
Requirements:- 7+ years of UKG system support and configuration experience
- Strong UKG payroll, HCM, reporting, and integration skills
- SQL experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
