Sr. Union Payroll Admin / Certified Payroll Specialist

Location: Jurupa Valley / Riverside
Pay: $34-$39 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Type: Direct Hire (aka long-term stability!)

What You'll Be Rocking Daily

  • Full-cycle Union Payroll (required-this is your moment to shine!)
  • Certified Payroll processing & reporting
  • Union reporting that's accurate, timely, and compliance-ready
  • Handling multi-state and multi-entity payroll like a pro
  • Managing high-volume payroll with confidence
  • Flexing your Excel skills (yes, VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a must!)
