Sr. Union Payroll Administrator / Certified Payroll Specialist
Jurupa Valley/Riverside, CA | $32-$34/hr | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM | Temp or Direct Hire

Seeking an experienced payroll professional with expertise in union payroll and certified payroll. Responsibilities include processing high-volume, full-cycle payroll across multiple states and entities, preparing union reports, ensuring compliance, and managing payroll-related audits and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Union payroll experience (required)
  • Certified payroll experience
  • Union reporting
  • Multi-state and multi-entity payroll
  • Full-cycle payroll processing
  • High-volume payroll environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
