Seeking an experienced UX professional with 7-10+ years of UX design and 5+ years working in agile teams delivering digital products. Must have experience in research-driven, evidence-based design decisions and a digital portfolio for review.

- Skilled in designing end-to-end user experiences, from overall flow to detailed UI elements
- Proficient in creating sketches, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other artifacts to communicate design rationale
- Expertise in visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, and strategic design methods
- Comfortable working in rapid, iterative development processes
- Strong communicator and collaborator, adept at giving and receiving feedback
