Location: Onsite in Washington-DC
At least 10 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
Usability Analyst certification desirable
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of the trade-offs between optimum user experience and technical, information security, and business constraints, and ability to propose appropriate compromises
Experience in: Experience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation is an advantage.
