We are seeking a Senior UX Engineer with deep expertise in front-end development to help bridge the gap between design and code. In this role, you will play a key part in translating UX and visual designs into scalable, accessible, and high-quality code-ensuring a seamless implementation of our design system across digital products. You will maintain and evolve the codebase, contribute to documentation with clear code examples, and collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and implement enhancements, features, and fixes. You'll also lead code reviews, advocate for best practices, and stay ahead of front-end trends to ensure a modern, cohesive, and user-centered digital experience.
Required:
a. Participate in the development of complex UI artifacts, used by multiple development teams.
b. Maintain documentation and code examples which describe usage and best practices.
c. Work closely with UX designers, developers and other stakeholders to ensure user experience is integral part of creation process from start to finish.
d. Perform code review to ensure best practices are followed.
e. Plan, design, develop, implement, debug and support web-based Influence Health products and custom client projects.
f. Conduct peer reviews, provide guidance, suggest & implement best practices and techniques.
g. Measure outcomes of completed design work via web analytics tools, like Google Analytics.
h. Adhere to and recommend improvements to project coding standards and UI Design Patterns.
i. Work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of source code control and process documentation.
j. Other duties as assigned.
