Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) in one of the following locations- Malvern, PA; Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; or Plano, TXSchedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Duration: 6-month contract (with ongoing 6-month extensions)Compensation Range: $50.00 - $57.25/hr W2We are seeking a strategic and high-performing Senior UX Designer to join a team dedicated to designing and delivering high-impact Sales Demos. Using an established brand system and prebuilt components, you will create digital experiences that enable Sales partners to win and retain major business.This role offers exceptional visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence outcomes at scale. You will be a key player in a major digital transformation as the team migrates demo capabilities to the Saleo platform, requiring a creative re-imagining of how we showcase product features to global clients.Responsibilities:Strategic Design Execution: Drive the end-to-end design process, from translating user needs into visual outcomes to sharing a long-term strategic vision for the demo experience.Roadmapping & Collaboration: Partner with Product owners to create and maintain product roadmaps and coordinate execution across UX, Sales, and Engineering teams.Asset Management: Create and manage high-fidelity Figma screens and prototypes with a mastery of version control, branching, and component libraries.Standards & Best Practices: Define and enforce UX standards to ensure accessibility compliance, consistent usability, and polished, sales-ready storytelling.Operational Excellence: Create structure within complex environments, documenting processes to allow for scalable design solutions. Qualifications:Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience in UX Design, preferably within a large-scale corporate environment.Design Portfolio: A demonstrated portfolio of UX Design work, up to date within the past 2 years, showcasing polished, professional, and high-fidelity UX outcomes.Deep Figma Expertise: Advanced mastery of Figma, including prototyping, branching, and complex component management.Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to support design strategy, share a vision, and proactively "move the ball forward" on product roadmaps.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in building relationships and communicating effectively with senior-level leadership and cross-functional partners.Project Leadership: Experience driving execution across UX, Product, and Engineering while delegating tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Process Creation: A track record of creating order out of chaos, documenting workflows, and building scalable processes.Business Acumen: Ability to quickly learn complex business models and translate those needs into high-impact design outcomes.JOBID: 052026-132515#LI-CELLA#LI-HH1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
