UX Research Program Manager

Our UX Research practice is scaling fast, and we need a strategic operator to build its foundation.

The Role:

You'll establish delivery standards, performance visibility, and growth infrastructure that let our researchers do their best work—and let clients see the value clearly. This is hands-on, build-from-the-ground-up work: part program manager, part practice architect, part storyteller.

What You'll Own (First 90 Days):

• Define practice positioning and convert wins into ROI case studies

• Standardize project tracking, KPIs, and delivery methodology across teams

• Launch a delivery health dashboard with real-time visibility

• Build bundled offerings and signature services for enterprise clients

• Upskill researchers on emerging methodologies through workshops

You Bring:

• 5+ years in UX research ops, research program management, or professional services delivery

• Review project tracking, delivery performance, escalations, and CSAT across current projects.

• Partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to define bundled offerings (e.g., GenAI + UX + Measurement).

• Track record scaling a research/design/consulting practice

• Strong analytics: dashboards, KPIs, baseline-setting (Excel/Sheets/Looker/Tableau)

• Governance expertise: running WBR/MBR/QBR with teams and execs

• Storytelling skills: turning research outcomes into ROI narratives and sales collateral

• Big Tech or enterprise experience & solid experience with Qualitative + Quant Research

• Facilitation & workshop design experience

Education:

PhD candidates – Highly Preferred
