Position Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Digital Experience Designer with a strong background in consumer-facing UX/UI, visual design, and digital marketing experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience designing websites, applications, and digital experiences from concept through launch.

This role combines UX/UI, product design, visual design, and content design to create engaging, user-friendly, accessible, and on-brand digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital experiences for websites, applications, and responsive platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Use Figma to develop polished UI and digital experiences.
• Apply strong visual design skills including typography, layout, color, imagery, and branding.
• Shape content hierarchy, messaging, CTAs, labels, and overall page flow.
• Translate marketing campaigns and brand assets into digital-first experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content, Creative, and Development teams.
• Participate in design reviews, QA, accessibility, and responsive design validation.
• Work within Agile/Scrum or similar cross-functional environments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, Digital Design, or Experience Design.
• Strong experience designing consumer-facing websites and applications.
• Strong Figma skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong UX/UI and visual/graphic design portfolio.
• Understanding of responsive design, design systems, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio Required
