We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Wealth Advisor to join our clients esteemed wealth advisory team in San Diego, CA. As a critical member of our clients team, you will collaborate closely with Wealth Advisors and Managers, contributing significantly to our firm's long-term growth objectives.

What We Expect:

• Portable Practice: Demonstrated experience with a high-net-worth clientele and the ability to bring over a book of business worth 50MM.
• Client Relationship Management: Proven track record in cultivating new client relationships and nurturing a referral network.
• Financial Acumen: Strong investment and financial planning skills with a focus on investment planning.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve client goals and drive results.
• Strategic Thinking: Strategic and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM, project or task management applications, eMoney, and Black Diamond.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000 plus bonus
