Job Title: Sr Web Designer
Location: Manhattan, NY
Work Model: Hybrid
Compensation: $8.3-9.3k per month

POSITION OVERVIEW
Design and execute web-ready creative for online
Email channel and special projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Design elevated and brand-right creative that achieves both marketing and merchant objectives
Source images in support of online creative
Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met
Produce, optimize and output final Web-ready digital artwork
Partner with cross functional teams to provide creative solutions to react to shifting business needs
Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process

WHAT S NEEDED
Sophisticated sense of design/style
Strong design fundamentals (type, image, color)
Passionate and active on social platforms (specifically Instagram and Snapchat)
Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
Working understanding of Web best practices
Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
Resourceful self-starter who gets things done
Ability to manage projects from initial design through to final delivery
Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills required
Awareness of brand landscape, understanding of our demographic and market
Familiarity with Dynamic Text Standards a plus

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor s Degree preferred
Proven talent in graphic and interactive design
Animation knowledge required
Complete mastery of advanced Photoshop, with strong photo compositing skills
4-5 years digital design experience
Retail/fashion design experience a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to use a Mac
Must have advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, After Effects)
Must have Figma experience
