We are seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Architect to lead the technical design, configuration, and integration strategy for a large enterprise Workday environment. This individual will serve as the technical expert responsible for designing scalable solutions across Human Capital Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and related business functions while ensuring long-term platform stability and maintainability.
Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical stakeholders, this role translates business objectives into efficient Workday configurations, determines the appropriate use of native functionality versus integrations, and establishes architectural standards that support future growth.
The ideal candidate combines deep Workday configuration expertise with strong integration experience and the ability to guide solution design across multiple functional areas.
