Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Handson experience on tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, PagerDuty etc
- Experience on Cloud preferably in Azure or Google Cloud
- Able to drive the cost optimization and shift left initiatives with clear end goal
- Knowledge of logistics industry will be a plus
- Previous experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer with a deep understanding of Production support,
- on-call rotations, and incident management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of SRE methodologies (DevOps, Agile, SLOs) across organization teams to enhance reliability
- Define and track KPIs and service-level objectives (SLOs) to improve system availability and latency
- Facilitate post-mortems, identify root causes, and drive automation of operational toil to prevent
- problem reoccurring
- Driving automation to enhance efficiency and prompting culture of continuous learning
- Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Must have led large SRE engagement with Onsite/Offshore model with minimum 50+ team size
- Should have utilized Agile/SAFe methodologies for execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience leading technical teams in high-paced environments
