Job Title: SRE Engagement Manager
Duration- Fulltime Permanent
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite from Day 1)
Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Handson experience on tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, PagerDuty etc
  • Experience on Cloud preferably in Azure or Google Cloud
  • Able to drive the cost optimization and shift left initiatives with clear end goal
  • Knowledge of logistics industry will be a plus
  • Previous experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer with a deep understanding of Production support,
  • on-call rotations, and incident management.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive the adoption of SRE methodologies (DevOps, Agile, SLOs) across organization teams to enhance reliability
  • Define and track KPIs and service-level objectives (SLOs) to improve system availability and latency
  • Facilitate post-mortems, identify root causes, and drive automation of operational toil to prevent
  • problem reoccurring
  • Driving automation to enhance efficiency and prompting culture of continuous learning
  • Generic Managerial Skills, If any
  • Must have led large SRE engagement with Onsite/Offshore model with minimum 50+ team size
  • Should have utilized Agile/SAFe methodologies for execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading technical teams in high-paced environments
