Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled SRE Engineer with expertise in ML Ops to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and ensuring the reliability and performance of our AI operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud Platform, including EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge
• Proficiency in Arize AI for observability and monitoring, including model performance monitoring and drift detection
• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering, including SLI/SLO definition, error budgets, and service resilience
• Expertise in Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis, including major incident management and MTTR reduction
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Python scripting and AI/ML platform operations
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and PagerDuty

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for high availability and scalability
• Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions using Arize AI
• Conduct failure analysis and risk assessments to proactively mitigate platform failures
