Role SummaryWe are looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale SRE initiatives, driving reliability, execution, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and align SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets with business goals
- Own end-to-end delivery of SRE initiatives (platform reliability, DR, observability)
- Manage intake, prioritization, and execution across teams
- Track dependencies, risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Drive incident management and blameless postmortems
- Establish governance cadence and executive reporting
- Maintain visibility into SRE portfolio and impact metrics
Requirements- 7–10 years in program management; 3–5 years in SRE/DevOps/Cloud
- Strong knowledge of SRE principles and infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience in Agile/Lean program management
- Proven ability to influence in a matrixed organization
