Senior Recruiter Location: Johnston, RI (Hybrid – up to 3–4 days onsite; remote considered) Pay Rate: $67/hr (W2) Duration: 6-month contract (extension or potential conversion for candidates in MA/RI)
Overview: Hiring due to high-volume growth across business lines, with a strong pipeline of senior-level roles to be filled.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior stakeholders (up to 2 levels below CEO) as a strategic talent advisor
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Program Managers, Market Planners, Business/Data Analysts, Process Architects, and UX Designers
Build and maintain talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies
Leverage data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions
Ensure a structured and efficient recruitment process
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently; not an order-taker mindset
