DESCRIPTION OF WORK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | ||||||||
Duties Include: | ||||||||
Provides clinical and administrative supervision and oversight to Early County OP and Pataula Treatment Court, Calhoun SA Residential, Outpatient and Miller County CST and Outpatient staff/programs. Coordinator is required to supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, collaborate with clinical and non-clinical Aspire staff and community stakeholders re clients and families, Provide Outpatient services, including assessments (including CANS/ANSA and other assessments), individual, family and group therapy and skills training, provide quality collaborative documentation, maintain all required trainings and certifications, attend staffings, participate as a team player, attend stakeholders meetings, collaborate with other agencies for the benefit of the client, attend any required state meetings, submit all required reports to Aspire/DBHDD on time, lead staff meetings and trainings, provide supervisory and disciplinary conferences, communicate effectively with supervisor and other agency managers, other duties as assigned | ||||||||
