Requirements
8–12 years of professional software engineering experience
Proven expertise in conversion optimization or related technical domains
Strong full-stack development capabilities and architectural knowledge
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
Proficiency with modern development tools, frameworks, and methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
