SSIS Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• A bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and SSIS.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data analysis solutions.
• Proven experience supporting ETL processes, data validation, exception management, and reconciliation reporting. Based on the profiles reviewed, we do not see sufficient evidence of the required SSIS expertise and related data integration
• experience needed to effectively support the PDMART application.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a SSIS Developer to join our project team. candidates must have a strong understanding of SSIS package development and execution, including how packages support data quality checks, validation rules, exception handling, and reconciliation reporting processes. To better align candidate qualifications with the requirements of the role

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions using SSIS.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing. · Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 a year
