Pay Range: $50 - $53 an hour on W2 or C2C

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server / SSIS Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL, PowerShell, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing ETL workflows, optimizing database performance, automating administrative processes, and supporting secure data integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration workflows.
• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate database tasks, file transfers, user provisioning, and system maintenance.
• Integrate data and automation processes with Active Directory, including user/group management, authentication, access checks, and LDAP queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SSIS packages, SQL Server Agent jobs, scheduled processes, and automation scripts.
• Monitor and tune SQL Server performance, including analyzing and optimizing long-running queries and jobs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards and policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and other cross-functional teams.
• Follow ETL, scheduling, error-handling, and production support best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SQL Server development and SSIS.
• Strong hands-on experience with T-SQL, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, user/group management, and access provisioning.
• Experience with SQL Server Agent, job scheduling, error handling, and ETL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SSRS or other ETL/data integration solutions.
• Experience automating Active Directory and access provisioning using PowerShell.
• Experience with REST APIs / API integration.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies.
