Job Title: Convenience Store Customer Service Representative
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our convenience store team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle various tasks such as processing transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 
 
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and providing product knowledge
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking shelves as needed
- Ensure the store premises are clean, tidy, and presentable
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Promote store promotions and upsell additional products or services
- Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
 
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Flexibility to work evening, weekends, and holidays as per store schedule
