About Our Family:
We are an active, highly organized family in Saint Paul seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Nanny and Family Assistant to manage our weekday afternoons. We have two vibrant, engaging boys (ages 5 and 2) who thrive under structure, clear routines, and enthusiastic care. Our household also includes a friendly, mid-sized dog (no pet care required).
Our home is warm, social, and busy, but we prioritize maintaining a calm, predictable environment for our children. We are looking for a reliable professional who can seamlessly integrate into our family dynamic as a long-term team member.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Afterschool Care & Engagement: Provide dedicated, active care for both children, guiding them through a consistent afternoon and evening routine (snack, intentional play, and potentially mealtime).
  • Transportation: Handle safe local transportation, including school pickups and driving to afternoon activities (e.g., music lessons).Car seats will be provided; caregiver must utilize their own safe, reliable vehicle.
  • Household Management: Serve as a proactive assistant during downtime—assisting with light laundry and tidying, organizing afterschool supplies, and keeping afternoon transitions running smoothly.
  • Routine Continuity: Maintain a structured, supportive environment that aligns with our family's values and daily schedule.

  • Child-Centric Focus: Ability to build an authentic, easy connection with young children while matching their high energy.
  • Exceptional Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and highly communicative; parents need a trusted partner they can count on consistently.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing tasks independently with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Safety & Health First: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required.
