Qualifications - Previous experience working with horses, including handling, riding, and care.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and entertain guests.
- Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors and lift heavy objects.
- Reliable and team-oriented attitude, ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
