Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query tuning and database development.
- Experience developing and supporting SSIS solutions.
- Experience developing and supporting SSRS reports.
- Proficiency in .NET / C# application development.
- Experience with Angular and modern web application development.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based application support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
- Experience supporting production applications in a 24x7 environment.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (Database Development, Query Tuning, Stored Procedures).
- Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Experience with .NET / C# Development.
- Experience with Angular.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Production/Application Support.
- Experience with Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for business-critical applications, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET and Angular.
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
- Build and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
- Support and maintain applications hosted in Microsoft Azure.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely communication of issue status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
