Stackers (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift)

Chase Staffing is currently hiring an Stackers in the Adairsville, GA area.

The Stacker is responsible for safely stacking, organizing, and preparing finished materials for storage or shipment. This role supports production flow by ensuring products are properly handled, labeled, and staged while maintaining quality and safety standards.

1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 4:20 PM (Mandatory 10-hour workdays)

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM

3rd Shift: Monday – Friday 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM

Some Saturdays will be required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack finished products (such as metal components, racking materials, or pallets) according to specifications
• Inspect materials for defects, damage, or quality concerns before stacking
• Band, wrap, or secure materials for safe transport and storage
• Operate basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
• Maintain organization of staging and warehouse areas
• Assist machine operators and production teams as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Keep accurate counts of materials and report discrepancies
• Support loading/unloading of trucks when required

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted
• Must be comfortable continuously handling, pushing, and pulling large, heavy steel beams
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and be comfortable working in the heat
• Must have a strong work ethic and want to work
• Must have a sense of urgency – proactive, dependable, and a go-getter attitude
• Must be willing to complete a drug test at Piedmont Urgent Care
• Must come into our office TODAY to complete onboarding paperwork
• Must have a clean background check past 7 years
