Your attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions will help maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. Required Skills • High school diploma or GED • Experience in setting up and operating semi-automated machines • Familiarity with manufacturing processes • Proficiency in using a microscope • Basic computer and math skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Nice to Have Skills • Experience working in a cleanroom environment • Hands-on experience with Comma Coater machines
Preferred Education and Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is desirable
Other Requirements • Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 lbs • Willingness to cross-train and perform various duties as needed
