Job Title: Stacking Machine Operator

Overview:

Under the guidance of the Casting/Mixer Lead, you’ll be setting up and operating our state-of-the-art stacking machinery to ensure the seamless stacking of dielectric materials. Your attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions will help maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in setting up and operating semi-automated machines
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in using a microscope
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment
• Hands-on experience with Comma Coater machines

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is desirable

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to cross-train and perform various duties as needed
