OVERALL DUTY:

Students operating the Stadi-YUMMS refreshment stand at Chicopee Comprehensive High School run a fast-paced, live foodservice operation. Working during athletic matchups and school events, students alternate between front-of-house and back-of-house roles to master professional hospitality and culinary skills.

• Gather, portion, and organize ingredients and packaging prior to the event rush.
• Cook, grill, and assemble menu items safely, keeping hot foods above 140°F and cold items below 41°F.
• Maintain clean workstations, wash tools, and strictly follow ServSafe and Massachusetts food safety codes.
• Greet Chicopee Comp fans, take orders accurately, and manage the condiment and display stations.
• Handle cash transactions, count back change accurately, and manage order lines efficiently during busy half-time peaks.
• Package orders correctly and serve them quickly to maintain a fast speed of service.
