As Stadium Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing Paycor Stadium, a world-class venue that hosts professional sports, concerts, and major community events.

This position offers the opportunity to lead skilled teams, oversee complex maintenance projects, collaborate with contractors and tenants, and ensure the stadium remains safe, operational, and event-ready year-round.

Summary of Job Duties

Oversee maintenance and repair of stadium facilities, including: • carpentry • painting • custodial • skilled trades operations

Supervise staff across all shifts, including: • assigning work • conducting evaluations • providing training and development

Ensure the stadium grounds and facility systems remain safe, clean, and fully operational.

Plan and manage construction and maintenance projects, including: • developing cost estimates • monitoring timelines • ensuring quality control

Develop bid packages, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor and contractor performance.

Monitor service agreements and review/approve contractor invoices for payment.

Manage divisional budgets and procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.

Maintain accurate documentation and prepare required reports and operational records.

Work additional hours as needed during snow and ice emergencies, flood preparation and response efforts, and throughout football season and other special events.

Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience in facilities management, which indicates a thorough knowledge of: • management practices • mechanical and electrical engineering practices • construction management • facility maintenance and repair • contract and maintenance agreements

Demonstrable ability to apply management principles to practical work situations.

Must possess a valid drivers license issued in the state of residency.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Infrequent exposure to adverse environmental conditions, as well as some moderately loud noise from mechanical or electrical tools and equipment.

Work Location and Hours 2 Paycor Stadium Cincinnati, OH 45202 40 Hour Work Week, generally between core hours of 7:00-5:00
